Helping clients with their mortgage is not just a transaction for me - I enjoy getting to know my clients and discussing the pros and cons of each mortgage type. Educating when necessary, running comparisons and analyses, and ultimately making sure the payment and loan structure works with the individual financial goals. There is an emotional component to a mortgage transaction as well. Yes, I definitely love the math, but I also enjoy helping customers who may have some fear about entering into such a large financial transaction.
